Silk Dyed Eggs
I saw these on someone'south blog recently, or maybe it was Pinterest? The internet is a fascinating place just it sometimes turns my mind into a warped speed slide show. (Hence my one give-and-take resolution which is staring me in the face right now.) Ok, then this idea has been around for a while simply is a new discovery for me. I bought a kit on Etsy which arrived but in time for the weekend. I made these with my daughter and it was equal parts frustrating and amazing! Here are some tips if yous want to make these yourself.
Starting time of all, I forgot to read the directions and I hard boiled all my eggs. With this method, y'all actually have to employ raw eggs because you hard boil after they are wrapped. Duh! (for me, not you – because you lot're smarter). Secondly, the scraps from Etsy were just a teensy bit likewise small-scale. We had problem wrapping them around the eggs.
